Click for more detail... I became a ham while serving on the Sierra Madre Saerch and Rescue Team. An activity I enjoyed for 12 years. Other previuos activities in life have included being an EMT, working as a Helitack firefighter for LA County Fire, and a Red Cross Volunteer. I spent many years in the technical side of theatre as a rigger, electrician, stage manager. I am a past president of the Pasadena Radio Club and have worked communications for the Angeles Crest 100 Endurance Race. I teach a ham radio licensing workshop in Wrightwood twice a year.
