I enjoy DXing and contesting (as much as real life and sunspots permit!) and Skywarn activities (as much as the real world demands!) CW is my favorite mode except when storm spotting.  (Even at 30 wpm, "Tornado!" just takes too darn long to send.)

First licensed as WN4KSJ in 1961 along with my father WN4KSK at the urging of my brother (then WN4IPC, later WB4KZL).

Chief Preparator in the Division of Vertebrate Paleontology at the University of Nebraska State Museum.
