I got involved in amateur radio when my brother ( WA7IHN) became a ham and I started to watch him. I was in to CB and in 1975 I decided to try for my licenses. Passed the test and got WN7AYC. Went to upgrade in Feb 1976 and passed my tec. Following month passed my code for general and tried for the Advanced class and passed it same day. Got active and got WAS Bi-Centennial 1976. I have been in and out of radio's. Enjoy 2 meter and 440 mobile and base. Rid is a Yaesu 990 with a Mosley TA-33 SR and if needed a Clipperton-L in line.
