Ham since 1967 (was WN6JGN,then WD6CJN). Fix ham and commercial communications equipment . but enjoy as a hobby. Also play jazz and big band guitar around LA area. Equipment: TS-850s, TS-830s, FT-100D, FT-890, IC-720A, IC-706, DX-40, AT-4, DX-100, RME 4350A RX, FT-8100R, HW-101, HW-7, TL-922A amp, Antenna: CF Zepp, using current balun to ladderline feed w/ATR-30 or MFJ-929 tuners. RigBlaster Plus, Fldigi & MMSSTV software, N120 laptop. CW is about my favorite mode, but sometimes find me a little on SSB, FM, PSK31, RTTY and SSTV. QSL via ARRL 6th Dist Buro, LOTW, Direct, FISTS Buro. FISTS# 9903, CC# 1606 10X# 67302 QCWA# 27694, SKCC# 2418

Note: Many times I'll be OP in Encinitas, CA [DM13ib] nr San Diego w/portable setup !
