Started on 27 MHz as many did and enjoyed the band then, through DX'ing and several experiments with digital modes.
First QSO logged on amateur HF bands as CT2HMN (B class) was in July 1999. By that time had only a rig for 10m with 30W and a mobile antenna on the roof but it provided a lot of fun, as the solar conditions were good. Also did some satellite work between the 10m and 2m packet-radio activity through UO-14 and AO-27 using a dualband walkie-talkie. Around 2002, got a borrowed Yaesu FT-707 and started exploring the other bands. Upgraded to CT1HMN (A class) on 2007 by approval on new exam and Morse code test.
Never stopped chasing DX and experimenting new modes and antennas.
Thanks for reading.

Rig: Icom IC-7400 100 Watt Max.
Antennas: 20m length horizontal wire end-fed with Icom AH-4 coupler / 5m length vertical wire (fishing rod) end-fed with 9:1 balun
QRV: 40m-6m CW, RTTY, PSK, SSB, JT65.
Note: Local noise level in my QTH can be pretty high due to the urban environment and close proximity to HV power lines and substation. Don't be suprised if I'm 59(9) on your end and can't copy you. Most of the times I run along a noise cancelling device (MFJ brand) to phase out the QRM.
