Hello, thankful for the contact, i congratulate you for having contacted with such a small island (Porto Santo Island), located in the middle of Atlantic ocean and belonging to the Madeira Archipelago.

Porto Santo Island is in fact a very small island, with an area about 42 Km2, of low relief, being his maximum elevation of 516 m. It has about 5000 inhabitants and it is very sought by the tourism by his beautiful extensive beach of 9 Km of yellow sand, with medicinal properties and a medium temperature that varies among the 18th and 26th centigrade, and the temperature of the water of the sea is almost as the one of the air. Certainly of the best beaches of the europe.

I am a radio ham just since the year of 2000 and i like essentially of doing DX and some contests.

My station is endowed with a Kenwood TS-2000; a portable TH-F7E of Kenwood also; an antenna of ten elements for VHF/UHF of Cushcraft, the A270-10S. For HF bands I have: for 10, 15 and 20m an OB16-3 with 16 elements of Optibeam and for 12 and 17m an antenna of seven elements of Optibeam also, the OB7-2Warc, a dipole in inverted "V" for 40 m, other for 80 m and other for 160m. both of home-made construction. For 6m band I have a 6 elements cubical quad. My microphones are: Pro-set Plus of Heil and MC-90 of Kenwood.I still have linear Amplifier of Ameritron AL-800XCE (1250 watts SSB and 750 watts in CW).

QSL via LoTW or direct (I prefer direct, with SAE and with 2 USD/IRC, to return the QSL card. Or else I will only be able to send via buro). But via buro is also well for me. In the same band and the same mode, I sending an only card, not to only be that, they say me express that they had not received the first one, and they send me a mail. They forgive, but it is that I more than have 10 contacts with the same station and in the same mode and I cannot be to send 10 cards, I´m sorry.

Attention the USA I would like to receive from the states rarest (AK, DE, HI, ID, MT, ND, SD, UT, WY) a postcard with a picture the landscape from this state, where the name of the state consists only. I want to have at least one picture/QSL Card colorful of each state to place in the wall. For the cited states above, if me to send the direct QSL card, with a postcard/photograph I answer without that requirement of the conditions of qsl route. Tanks.
