My old , former,local radio club HB9Z (I stopped operating 11/07, left after 25Y in 3/08 ) ,did not support any serious investigation (QRMing/Call Faking) to stop this evil. On the contrary most members (incl. Management) kept deliberately a blind eye. Does anybody there, at all and still, care about CW and HAM Spirit in general?

Uploaded all logs (>90.000) under HB9CVQ to e-QSLs (Status AG) http://www.eqsl.cc/qslcard/Index.cfm and LOTW http://www.arrl.org/lotw/.

Regarding QSL-Info, incl. HB0/HB9CVQ, DL/HB9CVQ and others, as well as Contests, my priority is always LOTW/eqsl + answering direct cards. QSO-UPLOAD normally at the end of each month. I am presently not really working on my "QSL via bureau" response anymore. Experience however showed this may typically take more than one year,if started prudently! The choice is yours. -

------QRMing and Call Sign Faking:

Local, suspected QRMer (mostly in CW and in particular for QRQ QSOs) + call sign Faker (in CW):

If you are not in my original log and still receive QSOs (with partly offending content) or no matching QSL data from HB9CVQ anyway, this might be caused by faked (misuse of HB9CVQ) calls, issued by a notorious, local,suspected QRMer and Faker. The station operates probably from the greater Zurich area and (potentially from anywhere e.g. by Laptop UMTS GSM?) through internet based remote amateur radio stations in HB9 + EU and NA?.

On my CQ calls often faked (intuitively-based on permanent CVQ stalking- picked) call signs (unauthorized,illegal use) are returned. This is evidently very unfair in Contests. -Period, Sorry-

Situation on Bands/fake pile-ups:

Generally just listen mainly at evening/night time e.g. in CW on 40/80m/30m/20 for QRQ QSOs or any rare DX and check carefully for strange, simultanious QRM (stupid, close-by QSOs, very weak, faked QRSSS QSOs on QRG, small, critical carriers, morse-runner data (http://www.dxatlas.com/MorseRunner ), sometimes digital (RTTY,ALE,PAX2 etc) signals or ionospheric-propagation sweeper signals (wav-files?). Occasionally commercial stations (Groups of 5 CW Code) are shortly pretended (80m) for QRMing with strange coincidence to the very QSO.

The suspected QRMer seems to copy QRQ, >about 32 WpM, may be with a decoder. This person can not react to fast overs at >35Wpm.

There is a QRO fix station and some lower power remote links (watch out for latencies and e.g. in fast pileup always something like "de" before the call). The operator uses here more simple QSO "pre-programmed" text(?,QRL?,QSY,up,idiot, more nasty words, etc.)

Sometimes this QRM/Call Faking occupies a 15 KHz and + wide spectrum. Containing various fake stns of different "signal strength" sometimes in a totally dead (in HB9) propagation situation on 40m / 30m .

Sometimes white Noise (audio) is injected at different amplitudes on a QRG for jamming. This includes artifical "QRN" from MorseRunner on QRG.

What a waste of spectrum! Often Russian calls, among others , are misused. There is no real DX at that time, because direction /propagations and signal at other remote radios (HB9CVQ controlled) do not match.

Please do a careful plausibility check on the DX stns you find on the DX-Cluster. Very recent QRZ.com entries are sometimes faked too, including faked Calls (Spotters) in the Cluster-List.

Listen because your call could potentially also soon be misused in this fake CW pile-up (simulation/no fun).

--Please help investigating /eliminating/ curing this great EU-EVIL and email strange findings to me.

This suspected QRMer appears to be very frustrated/aggressive and possibly mentally sick (QRMing and Faking seems to satisfy an irresistible desire/drive).

--Radio Stalking:

If acting daily as a "radio" stalker, which is now also in Switzerland considered illegal, acc. to "Art. 28b Abs. 1 ZGB", as per 1. July 2007, there might be legal consequences.

Ignoring this international (QRMing/Faking) HAM Radio problem, however, does not seem to be a solution to anyone active on HF.
