My name is Victor Sierra S. and I am HAM RADIO+ from the year 1978. My liking for the radio began in the years 1975 when I could observe some boys using a frayed to be able to communicate to the other end of the city. I have been President of the RADIO CLUB OF PANAMA for 7 continuous years and previous to this period 2 years like in charge of the Technical Comission for the maintenance of the systems of repeters that they are a total of 6 and aditional other equips. While I was president of the RADIO CLUB OF PANAMA (HP1RCP) I was also for 2 years president from the PANAMA CANAL AMATEUR RADIO ASSOCIATION (HP1PCR) or their initials PCARA in the area of the Canal of Panama. Additional I belonged and participate during 3 of 2 year-old periods each one in the JUNTA NACIONAL DE LOS SERVICIOS PARA LOS RADIOAFICIONADOS in the Government's Ministry and Justice. At the moment I belong to the AMERICAN RADIO RELAY LEAGUE or their initials ARRL If you please want to send me a QSL Cards please sends it to me direct to my Post Office box or P.O. Box 0830-00338 Panama Republic of Panama. Please you didn't send me the card for bureau since the same ones won't arrive. Of sending it, please in direct form, include a coupon of international answer (IRC) or their equivalent one in 2 green stamps with an Mail Domestic Letter auto directed.

Preferably green stamps because the IRC or Coupons of International Answer ( PLEASE NOT TO SEND THE COUPONS WITH DATE OF EXPIRATION OF THE 31 - 12 - 2009) , here in the post office of Panama, alone they recognize us less than the 1/3 of their real value. That is to say, for shippings to Asia and Oceania, we have to use 2 IRC that which is illogical, but that it is here the reality in Panama.

If you don't include for your QSL Card, to cover the return, your QSL will go via their buro.

The satisfaction of all amateur radio is that after having achieved a contact it is gratified with a card by the contact.

Mi nombre es Victor Sierra S. y soy radioaficionado desde el año 1978. Mi aficion por la radio comenzo en los años '70, cuando pude observar a unos muchachos utilizando un radio para poder comunicarse al otra extremo de la ciudad. He sido Presidente del Radio Club de Panama por 7 años continuos y anterior a este periodo 2 años como encargado de la Junta Tecnica para el mantenimiento de los sistemas de repetidoras que son un total de 6. Mientras fui presidente del Radio Club de Panama, fui tambien por 2 años presidente del PANAMA CANAL AMTEUR RADIO ASSOCIATION o sus siglas PCARA en la zona del canal de Panama. Adicional perteneci y participe durante 3 periodos de 2 años cada uno en la JUNTA NACIONAL PARA LOS SERVICIOS DE LOS RADIOAFICIONADOS ante el Ministerio de Gobierno y Justicia. Actualmente pertenezco a la AMERICAN RADIO RELAY LEAGUE o sus siglas ARRL Si usted desea enviarme una QSL Cards por favor enviemela directa a mi apartado postal  P.O. Box 0830-00338 Panama Republica de Panama. Por favor no me envie la tarjeta QSL por bureau . De enviarla, por favor en forma directa, incluya un cupon de respuesta internacional (IRC) o su equivalente en 2 green stamps con un sobre auto dirigido. Preferiblemente green stamps debido a que los IRC o Cupones de Respuesta Internacional, aqui en la Oficina de Correos de Panama, solo nos reconocen menos de el 1/3 de su valor real. O sea, para envios a Asia y Oceania, tenemos que usar 2 IRC lo cual es ilogico, pero esa es la realidad aqui en Panama.Si usted me envia solo con el sobre de correo auto dirigido le sera enviado por BUREAU.

La satisfaccion de todo radioaficionado es que despues de haber logrado un contacto sea gratificado con una tarjeta por el contacto.
