In the last twenty years I have been active ONLY on 160 meters.

TX antenna has been always the same shunt-fed vertical, but my problem is the noise environment and I have been trying all kind of Rx antennas: Pennants,Flags, K9AY loop, phased verticals and sometimes also Beverages.

My main objective, more than DX competition, is the propagation study trying to find, through daily activity and systematic records and graphs, any correlation between observed DX conditions and the solar and geomagnetic events that should have influenced them. For this reason I am usually CQing towards North America (I'm also collecting U.S.Counties!) or Japan and every DX call, even if a repeated dupe, is highly appreciated for my log records on TopBand.
