If it had not been for 30+ years of prodding, from my brother, wb0rjr, I would not now be a ham. Thank's Bob. This is more fun than an old man should have.

I work 75-40-20 and 10 meters on HF and can be found listening on 6 meters at 50.125 (SSB), 52.525, 52.020,and 53.270, the Nixa ARC 6 meter repeater. Come  join us on the 6 Meter Monday Night Net at 2000 hrs. local, on 53.270.

On 2 meters I'm usually found on the 145.430 machine and 440 finds me at 444.675 or 442.275. I do scan all the local freqs also.

I run a Tempo 2020 on HF, an Icom IC706MKII on HF and 6 SSB, Kenwood Tm-V7A's (2) base and mobile and a Motorola X9000 for 6 mtrs. mobile and now I have added EchoLink to my systems (node # 397436). For VHF/UHF I use a Tram 1481 at 31', a Diamond DP-GH-62 verticle for 6 FM at 40'  and a phased pair of ku4ab SQ-50's at 39'/28'  for 6 meters SSB. On the HF bands, I use a 6BTV vertical antenna in the front yard, standing tall and proud for all to see, with (40) forty, 25 ft radials hiding in the grass.

Always looking for new contacts / new friends.  I will QSL direct or eqsl.cc.

  73 all!
