Interested in Ham Radio all my life but procrastinated due to code requirement. Passed Tech and General in January of 2008. Passed Extra in March 2009 with great guidance and help from our local club and HamTestOnline.com

Currently Phone and PSK. Code intrigues me since it reflects the origin of the hobby and is efficient in these low sunspot times. I already have a Bencher key and Keyer as well as CodeQuick Software and CD's. All I need is to take the time to learn it.

Station is currently:

Icom IC-756PROIII, Ameritron AL-811H, LDG AT-1000Pro, Signalink USB, Antennas are: G5RV in aninverted V configurationand Tak-Tenna 80 on a rotator

Yaesu FT-1802M2 meter mobile with TravelPlus Repeater Software.

Prior Calls Signs KJ4WNT and KJ4BHC.

Located in Germantown, TN USA (suburb of Memphis, TN) the home of the King of Rock and Roll (Elvis) and the best barbeque (pork, not beef - noun, not verb) in the world.
