Originally licensed as WN2LYO (Nov 22, 1963 - Novice Class), then WB2LYO (May 5, 1964 - General Class) in Schenectady, NY, though /9 operation from 1966-1970 in W. Lafayette, Ind. Re-licensed as WB8TKD (Oct 11, 1974) in Cleveland, OH and K5WAF (Sep 19, 2000) in Houston, TX. Amateur Extra Class license earned March 9, 2002.

Rig: Home - IC-7800/TS2000, IC-2KL Linear with Steppir 3 Element Yagi, BigIR Vertical & Dipoles on 80m and 160 meters. Dipole; Mobile - FT857 with ATAS120

Currently active on HF bands; both fixed and mobile with a real love of DX and contesting. Am also interested in DXpeditions -- which will hopefully be in my future. So far 9H3WF (March 2006), VP2V/K5WAF (2007) and 5J0E (2008).
