Al Shuman has helped me with this and in my opinion Al, my dad, and I are a great team. My dad is the ASM for scouting in NH. SOME NEWS BULLETINS: NH ARES members! I have also decided that I will continue writing the newsletter for the NARC club from here on out. It's been great to help you guys out! Once the 2008-2009 school year starts, I will be doing amateur radio presentations for schools around NH. Please contact me if you would like to recommend a school for one of these presentations. I have sent in multitudes of articles to different ham magazines. Some articles I wrote include "Rookie's Guide To Contesting","Fun with Emergency Communications", and "Saving the Hobby for KG7HF". I plan to write many more, and when I run out of ideas on my own ham life, I'll keep writing about others! I scuba dive, I play piano, percussion, violin, and french horn. I sing and act too. Recently I was auditioned into a prestegious singing group called the B Naturals for high school. I was born in Utah, lived in Massachusetts a few years, and am currently in New Hampshire. I love travel and have traveled across the country. I am currently taking all honors classes in high school. I enjoy learning Spanish, and plan to become fluent before I graduate high school. I like snowboarding, swimming, figure skating, wakeboarding, track, and Cross country running. I am not much of a paper chaser, but I am a big contester!!! My favorite contest would have to be Field Day and Winter Field Day.I am also a member of YACHT (young amateur contest ham team). YACHT is a great club for young amateurs. It has helped me so much!
