Hello all! Locally I am called the "Quick, Young, Ham" although "Quite the Young Ham" should be more like it. I have just received my General class license in March 2009, and am still learning the ropes. My interests include Hilltopping, 6 meters, HF Mobile, AM, and those "real" radios that glow in the dark and take up lots of bandwidth! I believe Boat anchor is the term. :) In fact some day I would like to own one of my very own! My equipment includes an Icom IC-7000, a Kenwood TS-430s, 2 Icom 2200's, an Alinco DR-06, a Yaesu FT-2800m,a Yaesu FT-1500, an MFJ-9406 "adventure radio" and a realistic HTX-100. On the wishlist is a Yaesu FT-950, a Kenwood TS-60, a Kenwood TM-255a, and if the budget allows, a Johnson Viking Valiant.
