I QSL 100%. If you need a card right away let me know and I will send one out. Otherwise I will get a card to you when I go through my logs. For domestic cards, if I don't have your state yet I will include an SASE. For DX I use the bureau unless you have a stateside QSL manager. I also upload all my logs to both eQSL and LOTW periodically.
