Howdy,

Just a quick autobiography... I grew up in Fair Oaks, CA graduating from Bella Vista HS in 1970. Enlisting in the Air Force, I served in aircraft maintenance on C-130's, AC-130's, B-52's and as a flight crew member on JC-130's. I have been stationed at: Udorn RTAFB Thailand, Edwards AFB CA, Ubon RTAFB Thailand, Kirkland AFB NM, Hickam AFB HI, Mather AFB CA and Fairchild AFB WA where I retired in 1990. I moved to Sultan, WA in August of 1999 to accept a position at Gold Bar Elementary School where I teach Second Grade.

I enjoy PSK-31 and SSB on HF and locally, I'm active on the Sky Valley ARC's repeater: 444.125 MHz + / T 103.5 Hz. I am a member of the Snohomish County ARES , RACES and serve as Secretary/Treasurer of the Sky Valley ARC www.w7sky.org. Other interests include: aviation (non-current private pilot), railfan and learning to play the bass guitar. My sidekick in the shack is our westie... McGregor. I prefer to QSL via LoTW, but will QSL direct too.
