LOCAL ACTIVITIES--APRS ON 144.390(Longest continous operating rf only station in my city, monitor the Dx Cluster on 144.910, Checking in 144.200 ssb,10 meter and 6 meter when they are open like durring the 2008 VHF Contest, LEO's and EME, meteor scatter, ATV(any local operators schedule a 2-way). E-Mail to make a scheduled QSO on any band.. 80,40 or 20 phone or vhf plus for grids around en-43. Am looking for 23cm phone or 73cm ATV schedules most.

I have an FT-897D and a TS-2000X in use in the shack with various tuners and amplifiers. Finally have some decent antennas for vhf-uhf, still running wire on hf. Wire dipole on 10 meters. Next purchase to be azimuth-elevation rotor and some circular polarized antennas for 2 mtr, 73 and 13 cm.... maybe just crossed polarized ones. Will be adding some better hf antennas as I build them.
