Hi, Thanks for looking me up......

Perhaps I worked you on one of the many modes I enjoy which include HF and VHF SSB, PSK, and other digital modes. I was first licensed at the age of 15 in 1966 as a novice WN2WVC and then upgraded to general class in 1967 as WB2WVC. I subsequently upgraded to Advanced in 1987 (KC2TN) and finally to Extra in 1997.

My HF station consists of an ICOM 756ProIII exciting a QRO HF2500DX amplifier; a 756ProII, used mostly for 6 meters, exciting a converted SB220 amp for 1KW on 6 meters; and my VHF station for 2M and 432mhz consists of an Icom 910H for tropo and Satellite work. I run a homebrewed pair of 4CX250's on 2 meters at 500 watts.

Antennas are a KLM KT36XA at 80', M2 7el 6M beam at 90', stacked KLM 13el-LBA 2M beams at 100' and an M2 21el 432 beam at 95'. All supported on an 80' self supporting tower.

I also have a Diamond X500HNA 2M/440 Dual Band Vertical at 60'.

Check out KC2JVJ on QRZ also! Pictured are my son and my grandson (Ryan)...a junior ham in training!
