I prefer to use my middle name (Andy). In 2009 I got back into the hobby after 10 years away. It has been a lot of fun so far.

The best way to reach me by e-mail is my callsign at arrl dot net or Gmail.

These days I am mostly CW, mostly QRP, mostly straight key. CW ops certainly are friendly and considerate. Thank you to all my elmers as I gradually improve my speed and fist.

My main antenna at the moment is a 45' vertical wire with 20 radials, fed at the base by an MFJ 927 remote tuner. I am really happy with this XYL-friendly, stealthy antenna.

SKCC #5989C, FISTS #14733, NAQCC #4051, Flying Pigs #2382. NoGa QRP Club member.

I'm a member of two of the oldest amateur radio clubs in the USA: The Atlanta Radio Club and Georgia Tech Radio Club. The Atlanta Radio Club celebrated its centennial in 2011!
