Thanks for stopping by to read my Bio. At present I am the EC for Claiborne Parish. It is a pretty tough job considering I am the only active ham in my Parish. I do get some help from the other Parishes around me as we have a really great group. I enjoy getting both eQSL cards and also QSL cards in the mail or by the bureau. I try and check in on the Louisiana Traffic Net on about 3.910. I sometimes have a lot of fun as the net control for the Central Gulf Coast Hurricane Net on 3.935 at 0100 UTC. I always try to check into the Louisiana ARES Net on Sundays at 7:30 CST on 3.873. Each of these nets meet each night with the exception of the ARES Net which only meets on Sundays except in the case of emergencies. Hope you will stop by one of these nets and give us a call.
