QTH STATION

For HF I have an Icom 746PRO radio running barefoot into a G5RV about 30' off of the ground. For VHF I have an Yaesu FT-2500M into a J pole.It is an interesting note that I live in a deed restricted subdivision, however my property line backs up to a field owned by someone not in the subdivision and who did not mind if I placed my antenna on their property, That is why my antenna is behind the fence! This is a shot of a Butternut HF-6V I occasionally use.

For contests and on long weekends I have been know to put up a temporary 3 element Beam I purchased from Super Antennas. The model YP-3 which can be set up for 20, 15, and 10. The neighbors aren't always in love with it.but it sure looks pretty near sunset, wouldn't you agree?

My wife and I invest in real estate and own one of the top independent real estate brokerages in the area. We work the East Volusia county, Florida area which includes the towns of Daytona Beach, South Daytona, Ponce Inlet, Ormond Beach, New Smryna Beach, Edgewater and of course, Port Orange.

We have 3 daughters and our youngest, Stephany is KB4CAT. Life is interesting!
