Greetings from the Watertown, New York area. I'm located in Northern New York about 85 miles north of Syracuse, and about 30 miles south of Ontario Canada in grid FN24. I'm currently using an Icom IC-756PRO for HF and 6-Meters and an Icom IC-706MKIIG for multi-mode VHF/UHF operation. Feeding both rigs is a Heil GM-5 studio microphone going through a W2IHY 8-band equalizer. I also have a Radio Shack HTX-10 in the shack for 10-meters. For amplifiers, I run an Ameritron AL-80B for HF, a converted Heathkit SB-200 for 6-meters, and a Mirage B5016-G for VHF. Also in the shack, I have a Kenwood TR-7950 for my RF-based Echolink node (409017) which is linked to the KC2ELX repeater in Watertown, New York on 146.760. In the mobile, I have a Yaesu FT-1800M 2-meter rig , and for HT's I have a Radio Shack HTX-420 dual-bander, an HTX-202, and an HTX-200.  From December 1999 to November 2008, my call sign was KC2FTN.
