QSL instructions:

STATESIDE: Include SASE with ALL QSL requests.

FOREIGN: Include only $1 USD, or current USA Airmail Stamp ($0.94), or 1 IRC. No need to include SAE (Self Addressed Envelope) as I have a large supply of Airmail envelopes. Just provide a return address on or in your envelope. The address listed above is my secondary mailing address and the address by which to send a QSL request.  My main mailing address is in Denali National Park.

All QSL cards received without sufficient return postage will be returned via the ARRL QSL Bureau. I return QSL 100%, most answered next day.

I will be one of the stations operating K3Y/KL7 during the month of January, 2009. If you work me with that callsign, please QSL via the route listed on the SKCC website (http://www.skccgroup.com) and not direct to me.

Located in the heart of the Denali Borough, 4th Judicial District.

GRID: BP53lu SMIRK: 6533 10X: 46862 VP: 2393 SKCC#: 3800T

My logbook is online at my website and I update it several times a month and shortly after contests. I also upload to LOTW and I no longer upload to E-QSL.

I enjoy CW, RTTY, PSK31, and then SSB. I have a very modest station and my information and photos can be found on my website.

My location is just south of Healy, on Otto Lake. I am employed by the National Park Service here at Denali National Park. I enjoy all aspects of ham radio and have been licensed since passing my tests back in December of 1987. Thanks for the inquiry and I hope to add you to my logbook!

73, Phil
