Note:Putting back together my station now and will be back on air shortly. Look for new pictures and maybe some good signals.
I love to operate all bands and modes. You can find me just about anywhere at an given time. My equipment list are as follows: HF=TS-430s for all my home HF contacts. IC-706MKII for all my portable and/or mobile contacts. The VHF/UHF radio is a FT-736R with 6, 2, 220, & 430 modules. And for 1296 I have a demi transverter. I just picked up a 55 ft crankup from my friend N5KI. The plan is to put a 6, 2, 220, 432, and 1296 antenna on this tower. For my 2 meter EME station will be 4 13b2's. I am still looking for some more of these antenna's to complete that project. For HF I will be using some wire antenna's and butternut vertical ground mounted.
After all these years I finally got some awards the last couple that consist of 9 Band WAS for HF, DXCC and I still need to submit and finish VUCC for all my vhf/uhf stuff. Plus I love working the satellites.
I am a life member of the ARRL. My Amsat # is 19996. Fists # 5307, SKCC # 6233, 10-10 # 40757. Kansas City VHF Bandits. I enjoy reading my QST & CQ magazines.
My other great hobby is riding my 01' Harley Davidson Ultra Classic. I am also a proud member of the http://patriotguard.org and love traveling on my bike.
Thanks for stopping by and God Bless to all.
73's, Dave
