Hi everybody

My name is Jose A. Montes at my early age I began getting interested on two way communication.  In 1975 I became an amateur radio operator . My favorites bands are 2,6,10 meter and 70 cm. I am located in the central part of the island of Puerto Rico, on the city of Ciales.

My working condition are an Icom IC-756ProIII, Icom IC-706MKIIG, IC-746 line, PW1 amplifier, TS 2000 with the Ameritron AL811H amplifier and the Yaesu FT817. The antennas are a Log Periodic 8 elements for HF, a six elements boomer for 50Mhz, 17 elements boomer for 144Mhz, 31 elements yagi for 70cm a rotary dipole for 40 meter and a dipole for 80 meter.

I have recived the following awards: DXCC on HF, 6 meter and VUCC. I am a member of ARRL, PRAL, 6 meter club, SMIRK , FRAPR.
