Hello thanks for looking me up. I came to the world of radio back in the late
1970s when a friend introduced me to 11m sideband, truly amazing to a young
teenager, used CB for a few years and then SWL.
I eventually sat and passed the RA exam in 1996 but then lost interest in the
hobby. Ten years later after buying a copy of practical wireless which re
kindled interest started looking again at the great new equipment now on offer.
I then applied for my full licence which was an extra bonus having not
attempted the morse test.
I have a reasonable home station but mostly work mobile/portable due to antenna
restrictions and neighbours. I mostly work HF bands and like to chase DX when
possible, i look forward to working you all again soon 73s andy.
