Click for more detail... Greetings! If you are reading this, you have likely successfully managed to communicate with me while I was doing one of my mobile antenna experiments. I tend to go on line by the alias “Ash-Fox”, as I have used this alias since 1993 and because I have used it so frequently, it is often a name more real to me than my actual legal name -- don't be surprised if you find people calling me “Ash-Fox” on air or in person. I hold dual nationality for Britain and France -- currently living in Britain. However, I haven't lived in Britain all my life, nor have I ever lived in France. By a twist of fate, I ended up living in Poland for around 12 years and additionally lived a few summers in various other European countries such as Denmark, Sweden - as such, I am well travelled and have been to all sorts of interesting places, from places like the USA to the completely obscure (I'll avoid mentioning names, so I don't offend). From a very young age, I have been fascinated by communication
technologies and spent a long time playing with I have spent many years trying to get into amateur radio at a young age, but have had many difficulties finding the information and people who could help me in the various countries I've lived in. It's only when I returned to the United Kingdom that I actually got a license and started doing much more. There has been some surprises a long the way, for example -- I never quite imagined at first that, I would enjoy getting QSL cards as much as I do. I have a vast interest in computer related subjects too - It's
possible you may find me involved in supporting various computer
related projects such as Job wise, my field has more or less always been in IT/ICT. From
doing development work to Thank you for the QSO and wish you all the best!
