I have two shacks my main shack is a 18 wheeler traveling the lower 48 states, the other shack is at my home QTH. Seeing I spend so much time in my truck I did my best to make my mobile shack work for me. I found it easyer if my main HF radios in both mobile and the home shack were the same (Icom IC-7000's). As I travel the lower 48 states I try to keep one radio set on 146.520 and may or may not be running APRS.

Main Shack,, 18 wheeler traveling the lower 48's radios Icom IC-7000 & Kenwood TM-D710A (with AvMap G5) and a Kenwood TH-F6A HT. For scanning Uniden BCD996T scanner, antennas (oh yes a number of them) and for HF High Sierra 1800/Pro with a TurboTuner

Home Shack,, Icom IC-7000 & IC-2200H,TH-F6A HT, Uniden BCT-8 scanner and antennas Tak-tenna, G5RV & 5BTV with 17 meter coil.
