To all my ham radio friends.

It is time once again to update my biography. It has been many years since I have last made some changes to it.

If you have read my last biography you will know that i have had many medical problems over the last five years. I am happy to announce that i am making head way and feeling much better. I still have some pain in my back and legs that comes every so often, the shoulder is fine.  and overall I am feeling good. The heart is still ticking so that's a good thing too.

Since the last DX convention in Visaila California 4/2008, I have become a born again ham. After almost twenty years of being licensed and holding an Extra class license, I am proud to say I am a die hard DXER. I have truly found where ham radio is, and that is on the H.F. band. I am only ten countries away from working 100, and I have 78 countries confirmed. My hope is to go to the DX convention this coming April 2009 with 100 confirmed and get my DXCC award.

You know everyone has to have an Elmer, and I have one too, Larry K6YUI, thank you Larry

I am also a member of the 22 Crew WB2JKJ  the Amateur Radio Club of Jr. High School 22 in the Big Apple, New York City. I will be helping at the club booth at the hamfest in Orlando Florida this coming February 2009. So if you should attend, and you know my name and call, stop by the booth and say hello. I would be very happy to meet and talk with you.

My best of 73's to all, and good DX.

De

George
