I operate HF almost daily. Ionospheric propagation fascinates me as well as the opportunity to make DX contacts.

A word in remembrance of the previous holder of my callsign NY6U, Daniel Peters, who became a silent key sometime on or

before 2004. Daniel was from southern California, according to the person who handled his estate equipment, Larry K6VDP,

and was a builder and experimenter of Falcon RF amplifiers for hams.His wife reportedly still lives in the Costa Mesa CA area.

I am honored to follow succession to his callsign and to be able to continue keeping it on the air now from Northern California.

My QSL is preferred through eQSL.cc and LoTW, although I QSL direct (or QRZ) if desired. Talk to or See you on the
