I was first licensed in 1958 at age 14 as a Novice, KN2PEQ. I passed the General Exam the same year and the "N" was dropped. I became K2PEQ which I held until 1996. I received W2CQ in March of 1997. I enjoy DXing and have 345 confirmed on CW & SSB. I am on the ARRL Mixed and CW Honor Rolls. I have over 300 countries confirmed on RTTY which is where you will find me most of the time. I am an Member and Officer of the South Florida DX Association for over 25 years. (www.qsl.net/k4fk) I was QSL Manager for Sir Jose Maria Cyntje - PJ2MI from1985 to 2009. I have logs for those years. Current station includes : Icom 756 PRO lll and an Icom PW-1. Antenna's are Verticals and Dipoles for lower bands. KT34XA is being rebuilt as a KT34A after losing the tower and tribander during Katrina. I collect older ham radios as well as broadcast radios from the 1920's through the 1950's.
