Born Ocotber 6, 1946 with a microphone in his hand. Supposedly vaccinated with a LONGPLAYING microgroove needle. Enjoys his OLD radios, and wishes he had back the old stuff he traded around with years ago.

I finally found the "radio land"out in the woods near Silverstreet, SC and moved there late December 2006. Haven't gotten the antennas up. Winter will have to come first this year and kill those chiggers. I am retired now from BellSouth; they closed our office and moved it to Laurinburg. Back working at WKDK, and that gives me well over 40 years of full and part time service there. The RCA BTA 1R2 is retired to back up, but I can still ( and do) run it from time to time. I have 2 dogs to keep me company and the newer dog, Mickey, a black and white Siberian Husky keeps me on my toesand both dogs keep me in good shape.

I also have a special separate building for my radio out in the back yard.
