My primary equipment resides in a large toolbox to allow easy portable operation. I use an Icom 7000 with LDG AT 7000 tuner into a Maldohl HVU 8 vertical at a height of 40 ft. Along with the IC 7000 I have an Icom 2820 with DSTAR in the toolbox with a SGM 911 tri-band antenna. I am an Assistant Emergency Coordinator for the Bexar County ARES organization.
