I have retired from working in -Telephone-Microwave-Satelite operation and manufacteringcommunications equipment--My job keep me traveling to manyplaces as well as overseas-In 1959 I joined the Army and became a Ham Operater and took it with me everywhere!!!

 

My first call was K7JIE followed by WA6QPE that I operated in San Juan Puerto Rico along with KP4USA ran hours of phone Patches over the years for our Serviceman!!! Operated K4WAR(kiss for wax and run) at Fort Gordon Signal School. Operated W6UBC/OX3 and contacted many of you from Thule Greenland then went over to Greece and operated as SV0FG(friendly guy) and put Air Force Mars back on the air and now I have my new call W6GOD (the radio god) You Talk I'LL Listen, and will be traveling and operating overseas from many DX locations. I want to wish all of you the best and hope that you will keep Amateur Radio alive and enjoy it as much as I Have!! The above picture was on the USS BLUEBACK --Submarine -W7SUB- in Portland

March 2007 --Went to China to WORK---Talked to many of you on CQ100 from my living quarters in Nansha City in south china-- Went to Foshan --two hours away to operate contest station B7P thanks for the many contacts-RETURNING TO CHINA--March 17 to April 7,2008 at--B7P- contest station-- and Club station---BY7OK-- --and on CQ100 as well then on to Hawaii and operate --KH6BB--USS Missouri.

Iam Now -W7RIT- and looking forward to my next call
