During the brief amount of time every year at in my home shack in Green Valley (just outside Las Vegas), I am active on CW and SSB on six through 20 meters, as well as on VHF, UHF and 10-meter FM.

The home base consists of a Yaesu FT-840 barefoot. The primary antenna is a Cushcraft R-6000 vertical up 60 feet. Along with my brother, Jay, K7COM, I administer IRLP Node 3098 (W7AAE) of the Lake Mead Internet Radio Society (LMIRS).

From Tokyo, Japan, I operate as 7J1AIL. I am now, most of the time, QRV as VU3USJ in New Delhi, India and active on HF, especially 20m and 40m PSK.

Other callsigns: A52SW, S21VOA, T6AD, T88SH and 9N7VOA. I try to do mini-DX'peditions from time to time in Asia and the Pacific.
