In the states, SASE PLEASE. That is the way I would initiate a QSL to you.

OUTSIDE OF THE USA

- If you use the BUREAU, so will I

- If you send your QSL with a self addressed envelope with a current IRC, I will promptly return via first class air mail.

- If you send via mail with no IRC, I will send my card via the BUREAU.

I have confirmed over 305 countires. I have worked all states on 80, 40, 20, AND 10. All on SSB, no CW.

While all humans make mistakes, and I have made some, I always include a SASE and either IRC's, postage or $'s when I send a QSL card direct with a request for a return.
