WW4DC is located in down town Thomasville,NC. on top of the city water tank. This puts the antenna at about 100 ft. above ground. The erp is 100 watts on 29.680mhz and 53.170mhz. Both machines run in parallel , so if you are on six meters you will also be on ten meters and vise versa. The machines have remote bases that can get you to 2 meters 220 and 440 bands. Please contact a control operator for the codes. The machines belong to WW4FL and KE4QOX and are sponsored by the East Davidson Repeater Group. They both require a sub tone or pl tone of 88.5 htz. to access, this is to try and keep down QRM when the bands are open. Feel free to use them at any time.
