My address is new as of 01-JUL-2009.

I upload to LoTW on a regular basis.  I will upload for eQSL, as well.

I got my first license and all the upgrades while serving in the U.S. Navy.

Earned my Novice (KB9FQE) in 1990. Was tested by a couple of hams in Point Loma, CA, when visiting that area for training.

Upgraded to Tech (N9KJJ) shortly after the Novice ticket, while in Bremerton, WA, during a nuclear-refueling overhaul.

In 1992, I jumped from Tech to Extra (AA9DY), while stationed in Idaho Falls, ID (yep.... the Navy was sailing away in the Arco desert... was there as a nuclear propulsion instructor).

I am QSL Manager for KC9BLP, KA9TYR, and KA9TYS.

My Club Numbers for those who need them:

Digital Modes Club - DMC#0428

30meter Digital Group - 30MDG#0037

Feld-Hell Club - FH#0941

OMISS - #5329/Military

I return QSLs the way they came, unless prearranged otherwise. I am good for LoTW, DIRECT, 3905 CCN BUREAU, ARRL BUREAU, OMISS Bureau. I am also "AG" on www.eQSL.cc.

I am a Life Member of ARRL, AMSAT, and Synton Amateur Radio Club. I am also a member of the Motorola Amateur Radio Club and the Society of Midwest Contesters (http://www.w9smc.com). GO SMC!!!

Some other interests include... metal-working/machining/welding, wood-working, DeLoreans, and last, but not least, Geocaching.
