Licensed in 1968 (DC8TF) I prefer CW (99%), lowbands and contesting on VHF/HF. 1975, I started my HF-activity with HEATHKIT and since that time I am one of the "HEATHKIT-family" (see picture above...). Since 1980 I'm devoted to 50 MHz. Otherwise, I'm very active on topband since mid of the 90's ( topband-link_1 and topband-link_2 )

Activities: DJ3TF/HB0, FC0FOC, 4U1ITU in 1981, T77C in 1983. One of LX8A in 1988 and one of LX7A in 1989, where we beat OHØW's Multi/Multi record from 1982. The LX7A EU record still stands today. Holding KB0GFQ also.

Founder member of Bavarian-Contest-Club BCC (DL), member of NCDXF (USA), DX-Family-Foundation (JA), UK-Six-Metre-Group UKSMG (G).

Furthermore, I am a member of the clubstation DL0AO, where I am responsible for the lowbands receiving-system. Have a look to the whole antenna-setup on www.qrz.com/dl0ao

#1 DXCC, 5-Band-DXCC, 50MHz-DXCC, 1. WAC in DL on 50MHz, WAZ, WAS, #1 EU-DX-Trophy 50MHz, #1 EU-DX-Trophy VHF.

Had the honour to handle all the QSLs for one of the most famous HAMs Karl Hille (DL1VU) during one of his Pacific-trips as T32VU ( www.qrz.com/t32vu )

Another hobby: Triathlon
