I received my IK1PMR license in 1990. My main ham interest is HF DXing, all
bands, all modes. My preferred mode is CW.
Other interests: travelling (I visited most of western Europe, USA, Mexico,
Hong Kong, Australia, Polynesia). I like planning trips and I also try to
improve my knowledge of foreign cultures and languages.
I'm a software and information technology specialist. I earned a degree and a
PhD in Computer Science from the University of Torino, Italy.
