HiI live in a small coastal town called Lytham in the North Westof the UK. I have been licenced since August 2009 and always had a keen intrest in radio sinceI was 12 years old having scanners and CB radios.

The rig I am using at the moment is a Kenwood TM-G707E 2m/70cms.

My Antenna is a X30 collinear mounted in the attic fed with RG8 coax.

I live with my wife to be and our two cats Mr Tand Penny Crayon.

Please don't forget the threat to the radio spectrum and our hobby from "Home-Plug" Power Line Telecom (PLT) Adapters (Broadband PowerLine - BPL - Broadband by PowerLine technology) - as used by British Telecom's BT Vision PLT devices.

It is flabbergasting that these R.F. polluters are being promoted by B.T. (British Telecom). These appalling and ill conceived devices are causing increasing amounts of interference and heartache for radio amateurs, short wave listeners and CB operators in many countries around the world. Petition your governement, the regulators and your politicians to remove this disastrous interference caused by "Home-Plug" PLT (BPL) devices.
