Thanks for visiting! I'm the ARES District Emergency Coordinator and RACES Regional Radio Officer for King County, Washington, which encompasses the greater Seattle area. I'm a member of ARRL, Western Washington DX Club, QCWA, 10-10 International, and the Pacific Northwest VHF Society.

My ARES/RACES duties keep me pretty busy (not to mention making a living and taking care of honeydews at home), but I do make time to chase DX and hand out a few contest contacts once in awhile. I've activated Wahkiakum, Chelan, Pend Oreille, San Juan, and Ferry counties in the Washington Salmon Run, as well as the lightship LV-83 "SWIFTSURE" for ARLHS and ILHS events. I presently operate on 80m through 70cm, with a particular interest in weak-signal work on 6m. See you on the radio!
