Click for more detail... Hello, name here is Jerry Robbins and I have lived in Tampa, Florida for 41 years and in the same house for 40 years. My first ham license was in Illinois 1961 at age 15 - KN9EAW. My current ham station consist of a Kenwood TS-2000, Palstar AT1500DT antenna tuner, three MFJ antenna tuners, some SWR meters, Heil GM5 mic with a W2IHY 8 Band EQ, Ameritron AL-80B amplifier, my old Hallicrafter SX-111 receiver purchased in 1960, a backup TS-440S, Realistic HTX-100 10M system, Echolink, Alpha Delta DX-LP Plus (160M to 10M) up about 40 feet, a Coment GP-15 for 6M, 2M, and 70CM, 10M Ham Stick vert, and a 1935 Raytheon RK-20 tube night light. My ham station also shares a spot in the computer and electronic equipment repair shop. I like to build and fix computers, repair old radios, and stereo amps just for the challenge, mostly for just family and good friends of family. They never pay for anything so for some reason I seem to keep busy fix-n stuff. Why .... you ask have I lived in Florida so long and now have a W9 call sign? It's a vanity call who was my uncle's from 1935 to 1969 when he passed on to a better place. He was my mentor and the one who got me interested in Ham Radio in 1960, so when I saw his old call was available it became my way to thank him posthumously for being there helping me get started in Ham Radio. See the webpage listed for more station pictures and info. Also I do eQSL cards. 73's to all who visit this page! Jerry Oldest Station - 1961
