I am currently employed overseas in the Marshall Islands on Kwajalein Island. I continue to enjoy my time here. Hobbies include ham radio(of course), scuba diving, snorkeling, umpiring softball, refereeing basketball, and watching the Pacific sunsets with my wife Debbie. My 2 year contract was up on May 16, 2007 and have been asked to stay indefinitely. My current plan is to return to the US for good on May 19 2008.

I must admit that the QSL reponsibilities have been overwhelming at times. I have recieved as many as 60 cards in one day. The delay in mail occasionally causes the cards to pile up for several days at a time. For this reason I have partnered with a QSL manager....N7RO Dick Moen. I appreciate the cooperation of the amateur radio community with respect to SASE's in the past. The QSL part of the hobby would have been cost prohibitive without this cooperation. I am asking for you to continue this cooperation. I have asked Dick to return QSL cards with SASE's as soon as possible and those without SASE's by the bureau. The picture/style of the card may change from time to time.

Important.......The most recent picture cards may be available only via N7RO. Please QSL via N7RO.

Also I packed out from Kwajalein on May 8 and my computer,logs, and blank QSL cards will be on a barge crossing the Pacific until the last of July...so QSL requests outside of N7RO will be delayed until that time.

I am also active on Logbook of the World and eQSL.

I will try to remain a little more active than normal until I fly off into the sunset on May 9th.

It has been a distinct pleasure to live on and DX from V7 for the last 3 years. I am leaving many good friends behind and will certainly come back to visit them in the future. And I have also not ruled out the possibility of coming back to work here. who knows??
