UK regulator OFCOM told the RSGB that PLAs, the scourge of Amateur radio in the UK, do not need a wireless telegraphy license because they are not wireless telegraphy equipment. OFCOM claims it has no legal powers to ban them for that reason.
Radio amateurs have been telling OFCOM that they are wrong and last week, inspired by reports that someone else had tried it, I managed to shoot OFCOM's fox

Oklahoma State University’s Amateur Radio Club is making a comeback.

The Oklahoma State University Amateur Radio Club (OSU ARC) was featured on the front page of The Daily O'Collegian, a student organized newspaper. There were some complaints about the title "10-4, good buddy," but overall the article provided the club with good exposure to the student body.
