I was first licensed in Oct 08' with the call "MM6AOK" operating from NW Sutherland, Scotland. I obtained my intermediate licence in April 09' at which time I also relocated to Northamptonshire, England. I am an RSGB member and have a keen interest in all aspects of radio.

I work shifts and very long hours meaning little time on air but when I can I operate either /m with my FT817ND and a 2m/70cm micro mag antenna or from home with an Icom 706 mkIIG - LDG IT100 ATU - ALINCO DM330 PSU - AV20 (hf) - AV40 (vhf/uhf), with a folded dipole for 2m/70cm and a full size van Gordon G5RV for HF.

I also have a 20' 4 section mast & a 3ele 2m beam for portable use, thank you to M0WBN for this antenna.

I live with my partner Karen, our daughter Jasmine, our kitten and 2 dogs. A Staffordshire Bull Terrier and my working German Shepherd.

I am employed as a professional dog handler working in the private security sector. I enjoy working with dogs, both on shift, in training and in day to day life. When I get time I can be found either playing radio or enjoying my motorbike.
