The 4U64UN log has been uploaded to the Logbook of the World, 11 january 2010.

 

The first direct cards have been sent out January 2010.

 

The call sign 4U64UN is used in celebration of the opening of the 64th session of the General Assembly and the 64th anniversary of the United Nations.

 

The General Assembly, established in 1945 under the United Nations Charter, is a main deliberative organ of the United Nations. It brings together delegations of all Member States to examine international issues.

 

The QSL cards will be printed after the end of the operation. The direct cards will be sent out starting december 2009.

 

To all those who sent 4U1UN and 4U64UN direct cards together in one envelope: Both cards will be sent back together after printing and processing of the 4U64UN cards !!

SASE means Self Addressed and Stamped Envelope.
To cover the return postage we would be glad to get:

Self addressed envelope with 2 green stamps for Europe and outside Europe or,
Self addressed envelope with 1 new type (2009) IRC you bought in a non European Country and you live outside Europe or,
Self addressed envelope with 1 new type (2009) IRC you bought in a European Country and you live in Europe.
There is no preference about the stamping, all of the above are welcome.

Please take note that the old IRC's (2006) are only valid until december 2009, so please use the new ones from now on.
