K3IRV will answer all received cards both by the bureau and direct. If you send your QSL card direct, please enclose a Self Addressed Envelope (SAE) with your QSL, IRC's or GREENSTAMP'S. Only IRC's with a HOLOGRAM will be accepted.

Cards received that do not have sufficient return funds/stamps/IRCs will be answered via the bureau.  

Due to the increased price of QSL Cards and the proposed increase in International Postage K3IRV has requested donations be included with all direct requests whether they be from DX stations or US stations.  Many thanks and 73!
