QSL POLICY (current as at 2010-MAR-12)

As I soon will be on a fixed income basis the following applies:-

Only QSL'S with SASE (properly valued with T&T stamps) or SAE with 1 IRC that is properly stamped (or in lieu of, $1 US) willreceive a reply.

Turn around of QSL's is less than one week.

9Y4 does not have a functioning incoming bureau ( I haven't seen a card from them for years) and there is no outgoing bureau.

We have no preferential rates or any concessionary arrangement, or even surface mail rates. An open postcard goes out at the letter rate ( as my postal outlet informs me).

In other words: I do not want to get into a situation where my outflow exceeds my income, so that my upkeep becomes my downfall.

TO THE NAYSAYERS (POLITE TERM- other descriptors are available). I can only respond to a QSL request if it arrives in my mail box. I do not collect your money. But I will not sponsor your hobby.
