KY4P was active as A22AA from 1989 to 1992 while serving as a radio engineer for the Voice of America's Botswana Relay Station. The QTH was the remote mining town of Selebi-Phikwe on the fringe of the Kalahari Desert in the eastern tip of Botswana.

KY4P still responds happily to requests for QSLs from those long ago A22AA operations. Please include a self-addressed and stamped envelope. Nothing more is necessary.

He is currently typing the handwritten paper logs for A22AA into computer files and uploading them to LoTW.  So far, the logs for 1989 and the first few months of 1990 are on LoTW.
